Some of the greatest food found in is not always in a fancy or fast food restaurant. It can be found at a local truck stop. Fill your belly up on mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, catfish, fried chicken, coleslaw, buttered corn, corn bread. Sometimes I hate to admit it, the food is better then what mom makes.

I'll be passing through Memphis next month. This looks like a good place to stop, but I bet it would be hard not to take a nap after a meal like that. Yum!
